Intelligent AI operators that complete end-to-end business workflows. They reason, adapt, and execute — so your team focuses on what only humans can do.
Built by a 20-year Amazon veteran · Enterprise-grade from day one · AI-native architecture
Most companies are stuck at level one. OpFleet operates at level three.
You type a question, AI gives an answer. You copy-paste. You do the actual work. Every task starts from scratch.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
AI helps you in real time — autocomplete, suggestions, drafts. Better, but you're still driving. It stops when you stop.
GitHub Copilot, Notion AI, email assistants
You define the goal. The operator plans the steps, executes end-to-end, uses the right tools, and keeps you informed along the way.
That's OpFleet.
Operators
Each operator is scoped to a function, equipped with the right tools, and managed like an employee. If a smart person can do it with a computer, an OpFleet operator can learn it.
Writes, reviews, and ships production code. Handles bug fixes, refactors, and feature builds across your stack.
Reviews contracts, flags risk clauses, tracks compliance requirements, and prepares redline summaries.
Monitors competitors, synthesizes market reports, tracks industry trends, and delivers actionable briefs.
Monitors KPIs, generates reports, surfaces anomalies, coordinates cross-team workflows, and flags blockers.
Creates long-form articles, social posts, email sequences, and documentation. Manages publishing calendars.
Tracks health scores, manages onboarding, identifies churn risk, and triggers proactive interventions.
Reconciles accounts, generates P&L summaries, tracks expenses, and prepares board-ready financial reports.
Screens resumes, schedules interviews, manages candidate pipelines, and drafts outreach to passive talent.
Builds and maintains data pipelines, monitors data quality, automates ETL workflows, and generates dashboards.
Tracks deliverables, sends status updates, manages timelines, escalates risks, and keeps teams aligned.
Runs automated test suites, identifies regressions, writes test cases, and reports bugs with full reproduction steps.
Have a unique workflow? We'll build an operator for any role you define.
How It Works
Tell us the job function, the tools involved, and the outcomes you expect. We scope the workflow and guardrails together.
Your AI operator ships in days — with persistent memory, tool integrations, and progressive autonomy built in from the start.
Review outputs, adjust scope, give feedback. Your operator learns and improves every week. Scale up when you're ready.
Autonomy
Every operator starts with limited permissions and graduates to more autonomy as it proves reliability — the same way you'd onboard a new hire.
You control the pace. Most teams start at Level 2 and reach Level 4 within a month.
Why Managed
Isolated execution, encrypted credentials, zero data leakage between operators. Enterprise-grade from day one.
Model selection, prompt tuning, memory architecture, tool integration, failovers. You get a working operator, not a project.
Every action, every decision, every tool call — logged and reviewable. Built for teams that answer to compliance and boards.
We handle model upgrades, capability expansions, and regression testing. Your operators get better without you lifting a finger.
Capabilities
Every operator gets smarter every week. They build institutional knowledge, learn your preferences, and adapt to how your team works.
Operators don't just assist — they complete entire workflows autonomously. Define the outcome, and they handle every step to get there.
Every interaction, every preference, every lesson learned. Your operators build institutional knowledge that compounds over time.
Start with human-in-the-loop approval. As trust builds, expand their authority. A trust ladder — the same way you'd onboard a human.
Operators think through problems, handle edge cases, and adapt to new situations. This isn't RPA — it's genuine intelligence applied to your workflows.
Audit logs for every action, role-based access control, human approval gates, and model-agnostic architecture.
If a smart employee can do it with a computer, an OpFleet operator can learn it. You define the role — we make it real.
The Math
An OpFleet operator works every hour of every day — weekends, holidays, 3 AM. That changes the economics of getting work done.

About
OpFleet was founded by Thomas George, a 20-year Amazon veteran and AI startup founder.
After spending a year building and running AI agents in production — not demos, not prototypes, actual business-critical operators — he realized the biggest gap in the market isn't better AI models.
It's that companies don't want to figure out prompt engineering, memory systems, tool configurations, and security hardening. They want to say “I need an AI legal reviewer and an AI operations manager” and have them show up ready to work.
That's OpFleet.
Tell us the role. We'll scope it, build it, and have it running in days.
